Delivery Scope

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed via our website ordering portal. To receive a quote or place an order for 100+ guests please contact us via [email protected]

Payment options:

Our online ordering platform offers credit card payment to finalise the order. Invoice application for bank transfer payment can be requested upon order completion.

Order cut-off times:

We require a minimum of 3 business days for all new catering orders. Last-minute orders may be accepted subject to availability. Please email [email protected] if you have missed the cut off time.

Our office hours are 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday. Requests sent outside of office hours will be viewed the following morning. Late orders are accepted based on availability and may not have a choice of all menu items. Late orders will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

Delivery Times:

Monday – Friday 7am – 2pm

*Saturday & Sunday orders have a minimum spend of $500+GST

All deliveries are booked with a 1-hour window time.

Delivery Costs:

Delivery costs will vary depending on location ranging between $20 - $55. A final delivery total will be applied at checkout.

Are you open public holidays?

No, The Little Social is closed on all public holidays.

Minimum Spend:

Our minimum spend is $90+GST Monday – Friday

Delivery fees are not included in the minimum spend.

Do you allow pickups?

Absolutely! We offer picks ups from our The Little Social Café at the Victorian Pride Centre.

I’m hosting an event at the Victorian Pride Centre. Can we buy coffee from the cafe as well?

The Little Social Café is open Monday to Friday 8am-2pm (excluding public holidays) if your event is being held during this time, pop in and see us for a coffee. We can arrange pre-purchased coffee vouchers for your event attendees/guests to redeem at our café. If your event is outside of our operational hours but you would like us to cater drinks at your event, please submit an inquiry and we can discuss tailored options with you.

Do you cater to all dietary requirements?

We endeavour to cater to most dietary requirements (Vegan, Vegetarian, Halal, Gluten Free). Please be specific in you order notes if you require specific dietary requirements. If we are unable to cater to your requirements, we will let you know before confirming your order.

While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, please be aware that all catering orders are prepared in the same kitchen and may contain traces of common allergens (e.g. dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, and nuts).

Can I make amendments to my order?

Please submit an enquiry to [email protected] and we will endeavour to make the requested changes to your order. This will be subject to availability and notice period given.

Delivery:

Our team will deliver the order at the agreed-upon time and location.

Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible, and someone is available to receive the order.

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please find our cancellation policy below.

More than 5 business days’ notice: 100% refund 

5-3 business days’ notice: 50% refund 

Less than 2 business days’ notice: Not eligible for a refund

Can The Little Social help my business meet its ESG/CSR goals?

Can I hire wait staff?

Yes, we have a team of experienced staff that can be available on a casual basis at your next event. Please submit an enquiry form via our website for further information. Staff rates are charged as per the Restaurant Award for a minimum of 4 hours.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email upon completing your order. If not received, please check your spam folder.

Force Majeure:

In the event of drastic unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, vehicular accidents, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule orders. We will make every effort to communicate such situations promptly.

Refund Policy 

If the goods or services received are defective or not fit for purpose, a full refund or replacement will be provided. Please note that products cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect choice. This replacement extends to damage caused in-transit.

We guarantee that our goods:

1. Are of acceptable quality. This means they will be safe, durable, and free from defects. They will be acceptable in appearance and finish and do the job such things are usually used for.

2. Match the description given to you although may differ slightly in presentation as product are all hand-made.

How do I contact The Little Social if I feel that I am eligible for a Replacement, Refund or Return? 

Within a reasonable time after the delivery email [email protected] and place in the Subject Title: Refunds and Return and your Business Name. Where possible, provide images for visual reference. Please provide details about the manner in which the goods fail to serve their purpose or are defective.
